Additionally here is what I recommend for weight loss:

Take one scoop 45 min before lunch & one 45 min before dinner. Remember one of the mechanisms is appetite inhibition - this is related to the peptide contained in the product together with its protein content. This is important because at the end of the day weight loss is related to caloric use over caloric intake. The use has to be greater than the intake.

I would structure the meals (in terms of caloric content) as follows:
